For centuries, religious thought has promoted the belief that the world and humans are special, and that there is no one else in the universe but us. Nonetheless, a clear connection between recent proof and simple reasoning may often show that the universe is teeming with life.
The research team believed that the moon has no life after the Apollo missions returned samples from the moon. They discovered a lot of fascinating things about the moon and the solar system, but they didn't find any biological traces. [1]
Since the Apollo missions there has been several samplings of objects for biological evidence.
On Mars, the most significant discoveries have been made. Each mission uncovers new biological evidence, and true proof of life may be discovered in the not-too-distant future. Mars is our solar system's next-door neighbour, and the evidence of biological materials on the planet is astounding.
There were also missions in which asteroids were surfaced and samples were taken. Asteroid Ryugu is a diamond-shaped space rock that was visited by the Japanese spacecraft Hayabusa2, which returned to Earth with a sample from the asteroid's surface. Amino acid proof was found in the samples.[2]
Asteroid Itokawa, which was the first asteroid from which samples were captured and brought to Earth for analysis, is another asteroid that has proven to contain evidence of life [3].
Amazingly, with the advancement of analytical tools, it was discovered that the moon samples did contain Amino Acids. [4]
Considering the findings so far, which includes samples from four separate extraterrestrial objects that were analyzed and found to contain biological evidence, the world is evidently teeming with life. This is beyond statistical error, and it is self-evident that wherever there is water and fair conditions similar to Earth, life of various types will exist.
